Very warm and friendly staff. Especially the girls at the reception who are willing to answer to all of our questions about boat trips, renting a car or even make a plan to visit all the greatest beaches in Zakinthos

a spotlessly clean hotel with very friendly and efficient staff.The breakfast was excellent and set us up for day. The room had very comfortable beds and a good shower, although we did notice the water a little cooler in the morning. They have a private car park directly opposite the hotel and a mini market about 300m away. I have seen some comments re location but it is literally a stroll into the town.

What a fabulous hotel & staff, they made us feel very welcome & nothing was too much trouble. We’ve just got back from a fantastic two weeks holiday, would definitely book here again & recommend to family & friends. We used their taxi service & had the manager pick us up & return us to airport at a very competitive price. Before going on holiday here I messaged the hotel to ask if they could put us in rooms next to each as we went as a family & they did manage to do this. Rooms are very clean as is the hotel with housekeeper in every day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice of food. I would definitely recommend if you have any problems while staying here with anything go to reception as the manager & staff will resolve it to the best of their ability with no fuss. We also had very good recommendations for restaurants from the manager who was always about the hotel to deal with things.

Started the holiday with a lovely welcome from the team at reception and was shown to my room for the week. The room was great, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable, great shower facilities and a lovely balcony to relax on in the evenings. The pool area is so well maintained with plenty of sun beds available and the pool bar has a fab selection of drinks and lunch items. Shoutout to all the amazing staff at Sunrise you are all so helpful and welcoming. The hotel is slightly outside the main hub of restaurants but I personally think it was perfect and enjoyed the short walk to the centre. Thank you for a brilliant, relaxing week.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful! Oksana was fabulous during our stay, really looking after us. The room was ideal for us , in close proximity to everything we needed! It was very clean and spacious! The minibus to the beach was great! Breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from! We loved our stay in Zante and will definitely be back to the Sunrise hotel! 😎😎😎😎😎😎

WeI had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They were welcoming, non-discriminatory, and gay-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The private pool provided a perfect retreat with great privacy. Breakfasts were good, and the food and drinks were reasonably priced. The beds could be more comfortable, but overall, I highly recommend this hotel!. Plus, they have their own vehicle to pick you up from the airport, making the arrival stress-free. Highly recommend!

I like the peaceful feeling. Nothing was too much, all the requests were sorted ASAP without hassle. From the moment we arrived and the other flight was delayed, the staff arranged a taxi to pick us up in 15 min. The staff is always making the difference, always smiling and with a Can do attitude. Breakfast was variate and fresh with a lot of options to choose from. The free beach transfer was a nice surprise and we used it every day. Also the pool is a good size with the pool bar well stocked and the staff always there to help.

It was at a quieter part of Tsilivi, the breakfast was good, though every second day the same. The cook never smiled at you or greeted you. The receptionists were very helpful. One day we had acqua aerobic that we enjoyed very much (adhoc organized). They should have that in their portfolio. The hotel is very nice and clean, beds are comfy.

Great hotel! Perfect location with parking right next to the hotel. Very clean. Exceptional breakfast with a great variety of sweet and salty foods; you can order scrambled eggs or omelette and they bring it to you in a minute 😊 the staff was very helpful and positive. We didn't have dryer in the room and the lady on the reception was very polite and we had it on the next morning. We stayed in a suite with a little private pool.
